드라큘라 - 3

  Many of the doors were locked, but I found one which was open. I pushed back the door and saw that there was a window in the room. It was a beautiful night and the mountains looked wonderful in the soft yellow light of the moon. Suddenly, something moved below me. It was the Count. Slowly, he came out of the window - first those hands. like the hands of an animal, and then his head. He began to move down the wall, head first. With his black cloak around him, he looked like a horrible black bird - and my blood ran cold. What was Count Dracula?

 

아름다운 풍광을 배경으로 드라큘라의 야간 출행이 시작되는 부분입니다. 아름다움과 공포가 배합되어 극적 긴장감을 높이고 있죠. 문학적 표현력을 기르기에 좋은 지문입니다. 나름대로 어려운 부분도 있군요.

 

문법적인 사항은 없습니다. 다만 글은 흐름이라 했습니다. 논리적이어야 한다는 거죠. 의미를 잘 파악한 후 멋진 문장으로 재구성해주시길 바랍니다. 여러분 화이팅!!!

 

참조. 문법은 아니지만, first A ~~ then B라는 문구는 자주 나오는 표현입니다. <처음엔 A하고, 나중에 B했다>는 표현이죠.
